김종대(金鍾大, 1966년 11월 13일~)는 대한민국의 군사평론가이자 정치인이다. 월간 군사전문지 <디펜스21+>의 편집장을 역임했다. 김영삼 정부, 김대중 정부, 노무현 정부에서 국방 관련 행정 경험을 쌓은 바 있고, 2015년 8월에 정의당에 입당하여 같은 해 10월에 같은 당 국방개혁기획단장이 되었다. 제20대 국회의원 선거에서 정의당 비례대표 후보로 참여했고 당선되었다.
