김종인(金鍾仁, 1940년 7월 11일~)은 대한민국의 경제학자, 정치인이다. 제11·12·14·17·20대 국회의원과 노태우 정부 제3대 경제수석 그리고 제24대 보건사회부 장관을 역임하였다. 본관은 울산이며 경기도 시흥 출생이다.
