조희팔(曹喜八, 1957년 3월 15일 ~ 2011년 12월 19일)은 대한민국의 사기 범죄자이다. 대한민국 역사상 가장 큰 규모의 피라미드 사기 사건의 용의자이다. 경상북도 영천군(현 영천시) 출신이다.
