日本航空123便墜落事故（にほんこうくう123びんついらくじこ）は、1985年（昭和60年）8月12日（月曜日）に日本航空123便（ボーイング747SR-100）が群馬県多野郡上野村の高天原山山中（御巣鷹の尾根）ヘ墜落した航空事故。日航ジャンボ機墜落事故やジャンボジェット機墜落事故とも呼ばれる。死者520名という日本史上最悪の航空事故であり、単独機の事故としても世界史上最悪の航空事故となっている。
