From 1977 to 2014 he hosted the French radio program Les Grosses Têtes on RTL (formerly Radio Luxembourg), from 1982 to 1986 he hosted the television program Le Petit Théâtre de Bouvard, and hosted the radio program Allô Bouvard on RTL from 2014 until his retirement in 2025 at age 95, after a career of more than 60 years in radio.
